No. Our machine uses a water-based mist system — not smoke or chemical fog — and does not trigger standard smoke detectors. We always recommend informing your venue coordinator beforehand, and we're happy to provide a product spec sheet for them.

Absolutely. The sparks are titanium-based and cool to touch — they won't burn skin or fabric. Guests can safely stand near the machines. We operate every machine ourselves to ensure everyone stays safe at all times.

No. Cold spark machines are classified as special effects devices, not fireworks. They do not require a fire license, pyrotechnics permit, or any special council approvals for standard indoor events in Victoria.

Yes, always. We set up, operate, and pack down all equipment ourselves. You don't need to touch anything — we handle timing and operation so you can be fully present in your moment.

None at all. The fog dissipates quickly and completely. Cold sparks leave no mess on floors or surfaces. Your venue will look exactly the same after we leave.

Setup takes 30–45 minutes for the full combo. We service Melbourne CBD and all metro suburbs — Eastern, Southern, Northern, and Western. For events outside metro Melbourne, get in touch and we'll let you know if travel is possible.
